Standard WW2 issue Soviet Ushanka.  Synthetic “fish fur” and wool outer, with quilted pattern inner.  Only marks found are “59” marked internally.  Remains of faded maker’s mark as well, but no longer discernible.  Standard metal red star attached to front of cap. Condition overall of hat is worn, but very solid with only some minor tears on the inside of the liner.  The hat needs a good cleaning, and should clean up very nicely.
