Original screwback variant in the 46xxx range, putting it between April and June, 1943. many of the medals in this range were awarded for service at Stalingrad. Condition is very good, with bright enamel colors. Some very minor flaking on enamel, as evidenced in the photos. An exceptionally nice example of this very rare medal, worthy of further research!
