Original German WWII production Gewehr 43 rifle in sniper configuration. Overall very fine condition with 85% original factory finish on barrel and receiver. Excellent mechanics, and a very good bore. Matching numbers on receiver and bolt carrier. Marked G43 and AC44 (Walther production) on receiver. Laminated stock is Eagle/WAA stamped on underside of the wrist. Fitted with an original Durofol handguard. Stock condition is very fine as well, with only a few minor service dings. Front sight cover present. Rifle is fitted with an original ZF4 scope in very fine condition, with cloudy but serviceable optics. Original scope mount included, marked “fest” and acceptance stamped. Mount has wear on front and rear from being fitted to a rifle. Scope rings appear to be high quality reproductions, with obviously modern screws. Rifle still has original cleaning rod, and is fitted with a WWII German leather sling. Original WWII magazine retains approx 75% finish, with WAA/Eagle and K43 markings.
