For sale is a Remington Vest Pocket “Saw Handle” Derringer in either .30 or .32 caliber rimfire.  Tasteful, non factory engraving that appears to be from period of use.  Fitted with old ivory grips carved with a heraldic federal eagle motif, typical of Civil War era firearms.  Good plus bore.  Excellent mechanics.  Finish has toned to a pleasing gunmetal grey.  Ivory grips are well intact with typical age cracking.  Markings on top of receiver are legible, although appear lightly stamped, as was typical of many of these guns.
