Original Post War Dutch manufactured Brodie helmet clone made by Verblifa in 1955 and so marked under rim. Helmet has original liner and rubberized leather neck flap. These were used by either firefighter or artillery, and the neck flap was to protect them from flying pieces of hot debris. Helmet condition overall is very good, with plenty of field use evident. No dents, but lots of surface wear, small dings, and some surface rust. Liner and inside of helmet is in comparable condition, as is the neck flap. Overall a displayable and serviceable example that could probably benefit from a cleaning!
