MODEL: Webley Mark VI in .455 Webley (uncut)
CONDITION: Approximately 70% original blue turning to pleasing patina, very good grips, minor wear on diamonds but free of chips or cracks. No export or out of service stamps. Cylinder is uncut and remains in its original .455 Webley caliber. Excellent bore and mechanics.

Webley MKVI in original 455 Webley caliber.  Proof dated 1915, and featuring standard British acceptance marks.  Serial number in the low 154xxx range, making this a rather early production Webley MKVI.  Additionally, the VI in Mark VI does not have the quotation marks around it, indicative of early production guns.  Marked on backstrap with RFC 10.15, indicating Royal Flying Corps acceptance in October, 1915.  Gun is mechanically excellent with an excellent bore.  Revolver retains approx 70% original blue turning to a pleasing patina.  Grips are in very good condition, showing minor wear on the diamonds, but free of chips or cracks.  No English export or sold out of service stamps.  A very rare example of an all original early RFC Webley.
