Original 1940’s issue Soviet Medal for Defense of Stalingrad. Comes on original WWII era steel (not brass like later models) suspension device. Condition on the medal is excellent, showing only the most minimal wear, and with most all of the gilt finish still present. Rear self locking pin is intact and tightly attached. Ribbon is likewise near excellent, showing only minor age wear.
