CONDITION: 99+% original blue, with minimal wear on front and backstrap. Mirror bright bore, mechanically excellent. Grips retain all original varnish, stock in likewise excellent condition with no cracks. Fire blue on lug has turned to a pleasing patina.

Absolutely spectacular Mauser C/96 Pre-War Commercial pistol in 9mm Export caliber.  This gun was manufactured during a brief period when Mauser put their Mauser Banner logo over the chamber, and is so marked.  All numbers are matched, and includes original stock, factory numbered to this pistol.  Retains at least 99% bright original blue, with only minimal wear on front and backstrap.  Mirror bright bore and mechanically perfect.  Magazine follower is grooved for feeding straight cased 9mm Export ammo. Grips retain all original varnish.  Stock is likewise excellent with no cracks.  Fire blue on lug has turned to a pleasing patina.  An extremely rare rig in a condition that would be extremely hard to upgrade.
