Original German Nazi WWII SS Black Parade Helmet.  Overall near excellent condition.  SS decal has 90% decal remaining, and Swastika decal retains nearly the same amount, with some scuffing and loss at the bottom.  Helmet retains nearly all its black paint, with only minor scuffing from use and age.  Original leather liner intact showing only minor wear from parade wear.  Stamped with “57” and Albert Diedr. Domeyer Bremen.  Helmet also has SS soldier’s name written in white on inside “SS-Uscha Domeyer.  Original chinstrap and cinch string present, and in likewise excellent condition.  Many of these model M-35 parade helmets were repurposed for SS and other organization use, and as such this one appears to have been given a layer of black paint at the time of use.  An excellent original example of an SS parade helmet, named to a soldier.
