Original Austrian M1917 helmet in standard Austrian green.  Original paint rates well over 90%, with scuffs on the crown.  Interior is excellent, with nearly all original paint intact and bright.  Helmet appears to be stamped with E121 on inside top.  Original leather liner intact with cinch string.  Liner is typical lighter colored leather as used by Austrians.  Leather is supple, albeit somewhat darkened from field wear.  Chin strap not present, but both swivels are present.  An excellent example of an Austrian helmet from a very old collection, not on the market for many years.
